I'm a Big Lots customer for more than 20 years and also Big Lots credit card holder. Today 6/27/2022 I went to store #5156 in Kissimmee, Florida to purchase some patio furniture and At the store I was informed that they did not have it on stock. From where I live is about a 32 mile drive one way and 64 miles round trip. I told my wife oh well let's get something's so we purchase cookies, chips and some women nail accessories. We got home and to my surprise the Archway soft Oatmeal Raisin Cookies were expired. I called the store promptly on to talk to the manager Melisa who was belligerent. I decided to call the corporate office and report the experience at *******803 which was a waste of time over an hour on the phone and no one picks up the telephone. I called their corporate office at *******800 which is just another number to transfer you to the telephone no one answers *******687. Big Lots has no integrity and it is full of crooks. Stay away from them. I lost $3.29 and about 2 gallons of gasoline. Big Lots lost an old faithful customer.

About 2 years ago I joined the Fingerhut Fresh Start Program. On 09/30/2020 I placed my first order. I will not receive the order until 10/13/2020. 2 week shipping that is ridiculous! I paid full price on shipping. $33.00 dollars on an order costing $111.00 + tax. Also on the Fresh Start Program you fo not qualify for any discounted offers from Fingerhut such as free shipping or percentage discounts. Fingerhut Fresh Start Program is CROOKED. Bottom line first and last order made to Fingerhut it is crooked BEWARE!

On 08/16/2020 I placed an online order with Harbor Freight Tools. As of 08/20/2020 FedEx states a shipping label has been created by Harbor Freight Tools but that no package has been received by Federal Express for shipment. I contacted Harbor Freight Tools Customer Service and tneir belligerent representative said we have 10 days before shipping the items to you. I humbly told the Harbor Freight tools Representative that no whee online it states that they had up to 10 days to ship the items that I ordered in good faith and that I needed what I order ASAP. The customer representative said belligerently well that is our policy. Harbor freight freak me. I will somehow even the score with them. Beware of Harbor Freight Tools. God help me seek righteous justice. Eye for Eye and tooth for a tooth.

Ordered a Portable TV a SuperSonic SC-499 Seventh Avenue price $149.99 + Shipping and Handling $22.95 for a total of $172.94. Wife check online Amazon has the same Portable TV a SuperSonic SC-499 for $69.99 and free shipping and handling. For the price that Seventh Avenue billed me for one Portable TV SuperSonic SC-499 $172.94 I can purchase two from Amazon and still have $32.96 to go out for dinner. This not including the interest they billed for using their credit card. Returning Product by prepaid Fedex Label provided by Seventh Avenue! Beware Seventh Avenue are not making an honest profit but more like robbing their loyal customers. You have been warned. Beware of the Seventh Avenue Robbers!
