I've used this site multiple times and had no issues, but as of recently I'm waiting for over 12 hours to have my order approved. I sent all the proper information as requested by them and have not received anything. I tried contacting customer support multiple times and have not gotten a single reply.

I checked and the order is already canceled. I'm sorry for the delay that you had to eventually cancel this, but rest assured, the funds have been voided and you should get a full refund sometime this week. If you decide to order again, our staff can pick up where you left of with the verification process.
