We purchased our first car from CARTOTS for my daughters 6th birthday, when it arrived we put it together and everything worked perfectly. The quality of it was excellent and she absolutely loved it. She has always been a Lamborghini fan since she was little as I've always owned them, this was her favorite gift to date. We did have a small issue with a bearing. We simply called, then emailed and within a few days we had the replacement part in hand NO ISSUES, NO QUESTIONS asked. Not only is the customer service incredible we have purchase a 2nd car for my vacation house for her to have. I highly recommend the product and the customer service is ON POINT!
