We ordered 2 sofas just after Christmas as their website stated they were both in stock and we were able to select a delivery date before returning to work, so waiting in between 8am and 6pm wouldn't be a problem.

We organised for our old sofas to be taken away in preparation for the new arrivals.

On our selected delivery date we called to make sure they were coming only to be told that they would't be coming that day and that actually they only have one in stock and the other would be several weeks wait! We now have the massive inconvenience of having to have them delivered when we are at work and to avoid having no where to sit for weeks we are having to have them delivered seperately so we have to be home twice!

The website lied about their stock but they took our money and didn't think that it would be appropriate to let us know.

Terrible company that we definitely would recommend be avoided!

The sofas aren't here so no doubt we'll have many more problems with this company yet!
