I booked a flight on Tuesday, paid immediately and got my booking confirmation. 24 hrs later I got an email to say they couldn't honour the flight and I would get a refund - up to 3 days later. Obviously missed getting the flight at the low price from a reputable company as sold out by the time I was told they were advertising something they couldn't actually sell! Customer service was terrible... save yourself time, money and effort and book with a decent company that does the right thing by their customers.
