We booked a car from company X on their website with full protection. When arriving at company X they tell us they don't provide cars with full protection and that it's a fault on the website from carflexi. So we cancelled the car since we don't want to drive around with no protection.
Since it was a fault on the website, clients should not be the victim of it. Allthough carflexi charged us more than 80 euros while the cancellation fee is only 50.
We kindly asked to get our money back, since we cancelled because of their fault. But we got informed in a very rude way that it's not their fault and that we never cancelled the car so that they don't have pay anything back to us.
Would NOT recommend them at all. Worst costumer service ever.
