I went to the Express Bayside store in Miami with a merchandise and the proper receipt to exchange.
The total of $82 were lost. The manager and a new Sales person returned the money to the original CC by mistake. Brenda was the Manager on charge just told me to leave the store with no merchandise.
She neglected to void the transaction. After a few worlds she started to call Customer Service and made me wait 45 minutes. I literallly enter the store with 3 shirts and the receipt and left with nothing. I do not recomend to shop in that store and for sure the Manager needs to be remove.
