“Crooks, stay away!”

3 months after placing my order and I have neither my item nor my money back from requesting a refund. After following up on the refund they provided me confirmation that they sent payment. Fair enough, as it is probably taking some time to hit my credit card. BUT, they refunded me 25% less than I paid.

I don't know if they are trying to game the FX rate between my currency and USD or what! They are crooks, their website is an absolute maze of broken links and confusing systems. I will not be purchasing from them again and nor should you.
