3rd party website charged me $85.38 for their fee go straight to vital statistics website! Way cheaper and just as easy to go to vital statistics real website. I could have saved my $85 if I realized this was a 3rd party website hoping to help someone else save money

Placed order on 12/3 almost a month later still no product. I grew concerned after about 2 weeks and no package so I emailed them and said they would get back to me with estimated delivery date on 12/17 they never responded. Highly aggravated with how slow they are and lack of following up. They also responded that custom items may take longer to process, (I didn't realise that a water bottle with a duke emblem was custom) if products are going to take longer they should mention that before you purchase.
