First off i bought an overwatch account and when i first logged in it was locked. Then i disputed with the seller to try and get my money back or have them give me the info to the email associated with the account and they did give me the email info. So then i was able to unlock the account and play for a week. But then i tried to get into the account again and its saying the account was not found. I got an email saying that the email has been changed. So the seller took back the account. I messaged player auction with this and they told me about the dispute at the beginning when i got the email info. So even if you purchase the protection its apparently bull. Im out 30 bucks and will not be purchasing from this site again and hope other players will do the same until they stop sellers from taking accounts back (well be waiting a long time).

I'm sorry but the reason for the closure of this case is because you weren't able to send compelling proof regarding your claim. Even with insurance packages, we still require buyers to send compelling evidence in order to validate the claim and for the process to be fair to the seller. You may have missed this requirement when buying an insurance package, as shown here: https://i.imgur.com/xuvAhYo.png

Further, upon checking by our team, you agreed to the seller's dispute, causing this case to be closed in his favor. Dispute decisions are final and irreversible, and I'm sorry we can no longer reopen the case.

I am not sure if it is freshlys fault or fedex but i woke up today to fedex tracking saying it was delivered to my front door and nothing there. So i go to my mailbox and looked there to make sure it wasnt there... nothing. This is my first order and most definitely my last. Will not be recommending this to anyone. Would also like to say i was at the address on time of delivery and my alarm system didnt pickup anything at the time of delivery.
