I have only ordered once from this company. The clothing did in fact look just like the pictures when i received it. It was also of good quality. My complaint is that the clothing from 201 Boutique is like your typical boutique clothing. Not suitable for petite women. I have never been to a boutique that had clothing fit for anyone that didnt have a large chest and under 5'4. I purchased size smalls, and they all fit terribly big. The clothing is too expensive to continue to buy hoping i will find something that fits. I will not be ordering from here again.

I have ordered online several times and have never had an issue. Today I placed an order and put in a 20% off code that was promoted all over the website. The first time I tried to put it in it said it couldnt be applied and instead kept giving me a discounted $6 off. I have no idea where this came from. Tried again and all went through. When I got my order confirmation the 20% promo code was missing and the only thing on there was that rinky dink $6 off discount that I didnt apply. Called customer service to get a refund on the additional $10 it charged me since it took off the 20% promo code discount. I informed them there was a glitch on the website and wouldnt even allow me to log in. They said there was nothing they could do except cancel the order and I could keep retrying. It's not the customers fault the website is glitching, I shouldnt be inconvenienced and have to keep replacing and cancelling an order over and over. Wont buy from them online ever again!

Dennis optical is by far my favorite place to shop for glasses. As long as you're not looking for a pair of glasses that have a designer name stamped on the side, it doesn't get any better than this! Though Zenni optical does have tons of styles that resemble designer styles there isn't a brand name stamped on the side. I have ordered two pairs of glasses now from this website and I'm happy to say that I always receive my glasses in a timely manner, usually within the week. The pricing is absolutely amazing... You can't beat 30 to $40 for a pair of glasses when walking into a local glasses store will run you anywhere between 100 and 400 dollars. Their shipment status is always updated and always on time! I highly recommend this website for anyone that wears glasses.

I have ordered from this company a handful of times, and every time I receive immediate confirmation and updates on my order and tracking. Even around holidays I've never waited more than a week and a half for my order to arrive. Honestly, I think ordering online for an event that is coming up very quickly is a bad idea even for good companies. Anything can happen in regards to getting it shipped out and the actual delivery process, and you have to allow for things like bad weather, restocking, Holidays, etc. All of my orders have shipped together, and look the way they do on the website. I received one order I was not happy with, but it was my own fault. I did not read the details on the item I ordered before ordering it. Other than that I love this company, and there are always discounts to be used! I will be ordering again!
