If you are looking for an alternative to distributing your electronic books, I would definitely recommend Draft2Digital. I only wish that the indie market wasn't held hostage by the largest online shopping company in the US.

I've found the staff at Draft2Digital to be quick in replying to e-mails, and eager to resolve any issues I might have had over the years. Publishing e-books through them is a breeze.

I used to have a high opinion of Amazon, but standards have slipped so low now that it is beyond shocking. When the owner of the company can't be bothered to deal with issues such as paying royalties, you know there is trouble.

After 4 or 5 months of not being paid by Merch by Amazon, and 2 months of non-stop e-mails, I have given up. Jeff Bezos, you must be desperate for the money because you do not pay your contributors. Clearly he needs the money so much more than I do.

I will not be replying to any further comments. You have wasted two months of my time, and even e-mailing Jeff Bezos results in no reply. This serves as a public announcement of how Merch by Amazon treats the people who are making money for them. They should be ashamed, but they are not. It is a sham, and the US government should investigate this scam.

Tip for consumers:
Be forewarned if you plan on selling t-shirts on Amazon. They have so many excuses for not paying you that you will never see a cent.

If you can avoid using Payoneer, you should do so. If you ever have an issue with them, they will not reply for days, they do not READ your e-mails but send you stupid automated answers, and they treat their customers like criminals. I've had several issues with them, and eventually one is forced to just abandon the problem.

Now I am locked out of an account and held hostage by Payoneer. I had to borrow funds from my own credit card because Payoneer is denying me access to my own earnings. This is criminal behaviour.

Edited to reply to Payoneer: I did, and do meet your requirements. I was even forced to take a photograph in the mirror holding my own ID. You just took 5 days to sort out the mess you created.

Why are users asked to change their NEW password 5 minutes after they have created it? I was asked to change my password 3 times in under 24 hours, and for absolutely no reason. This is not security; this is a security risk.

My review will stand because of complete lack of service or response within an acceptable time frame. 5 days is not service. I didn't buy a kettle that I can live without. You blocked access to my account for nearly a week AT MONTH END!
