Scammers, they claim to be a financial trading platform however are regulated not by the FSA but under a very loose cyprus gaming license. There was a problem with their system so they had to refund me for a trade, (they admited fault at the time) little did i know at the time that this supposed refund was actually to be treat only as bonus money making me unable to withdraw any of my own money until have played over 30 times this "REFUND", not only did i not agree to these terms over phone but also the pages referenced by them about this came up as "page not found" and they still haven't been changed! I am wondering if anybody has any advise on how to get my money back from these guys because i feel quite lost.
