Theres no doubt their equipment is top notch. Any hardware issue, their tech's respond immediately. You will receive absolutely no tech support so do not expect it, General support you WILL expect is also non existent, at least via their useless ticket system which takes 10-15 days to get a response from. However, give them a call and support is immediate.

Took up one of their deals on LET (Low End Talk) abd from the start it was a nightmare. Support is rude and non technical, servers are seriously overloaded, and their VPS takes 8-13 seconds to load (server side), a 1 page website is much longer. No good for production use.

Over the years, I have been through many host and still have active accounts with a few. Hostdoc has by far been the most impressive. I was in need of hosting for a new domain and came across them. Figured I've played with the big boy's, let me give a SMB a go and am I glad I did. Support has been top notch. Down time is non existent and my site loads noticeably quicker than my others with other hosts thanks to their free railgun. This is what hosting should be like and I hope they stay this way.
