I used Moonfruit for a good amount of time. I have invested hours upon hours designing and preparing sites for my businesses. About a year ago, Chrome began notifying users that "flash protocol " would no longer be supported and they, for security reasons, would be disengaging it from their platform. Moonfruit began relaying this message to its customer base and offered a migratory solution. This solution was to be a flawless migration to a safe and operable format that should allow current customers to seamlessly continue their websites viewing and editing. However, as you might guess, the day of Chrome cessation, none of the sites that were properly prepared, worked. Moonfruit was fully aware that their customers were no longer able to edit their sites nor were their sites operating correctly from the end user point of view. Added to this, Moonfruit kept billing and charging it's customers for these inoperables. Their lack of business ethics and customer concern has gone bye bye at best as well as their unwillingness to cancel accounts when requested. These unwanted credit card charges as a result of Moonfruit leaving their accounts active though requested closed, are a hassle to reverse or dispute. Do Not use this company and if you did in the past, be sure to attempt to log on and find the cancellation process if you can. Otherwise, you're in for a long drawn out dispute. Also, keep copies of any "chat" requests of the same. Your credit card company can use these to support your dispute claim.
