My Mother ordered a jersey from them for my birthday. That was 43 days ago. I tried calling them over 50 times, but conveniently, all calls go straight to voice mail are never returned. So, I emailed the company to inquire about the delivery date. Not only did they never answer my question (I have sent over 100 email requests), but late last night I received this email response from them. Give it a read. Very telling. Ask yourself if you really want to give your money to these pukes.
"We will cease communication with you. You are not the customer, and we are not obligated to give you any information regarding this order. We find it ironic that your mommy made the purchase, yet we have not had any complaints from her, the actual purchaser. We assume that unlike you, she is able to comprehend basic terms and conditions. Opinion and lies amount to nothing. We do not need to justify any actions to you. If you would like to have your mommy e-mail us for you, we would be happy to discuss the matter further with her. You have never made a purchase from AJFL, which make your ridiculous allegations more baseless than ever... that "ineptitude" you speak of. We have removed your e-mail address from our database, barring you from contacting us any further. You will hear from us regarding your baseless allegations."

This individual's complaint is completely baseless and without merit. First, all policies and procedures are outlined in several places on our website, and in the "terms and conditions" section, which is required to be accepted before purchase. We have been dealing with a network issue that has negatively affected our phone lines, and this individual was informed of this upon his initial e-mail, which we can show. Therefore, the individual stating that he called our customer service number is COMPLETELY false. Though we have had a switchboard issue, all incoming calls are recorded, and we are able to show this individual's number with both the date and time. This is simply a ploy to discredit the company, but we are prepared to show records. Although the company is not obligated to share ANY information with anyone other than the customer, we did in fact invite this individual this individual to look over our shipping policy when an e-mail was sent asking for information on the item. However this individual had extreme difficulty comprehending said policies, even in its most basic terms. This individual continued to demand more information, and we were forced to cease all communication due to baseless allegations, threats, belligerence, and vulgar language. WE suspect potential fraud as a motive, as the individual states that his mother made the purchase for his birthday. However, the name on the credit card is NOT that of a female, and a request to speak to the customer who made the actual purchase has been ignored. This may also be the reason for demanding that we send the item immediately, as this purchase may have been made with a credit card without the owner's knowledge. We have notified the issuing bank. This individual states that he sent over 100 e-mail requests, which is absolutely absurd. This individual made this same baseless allegation on another site, but claims there that he e-mailed us 65 times. BOTH are COMPLETELY false. We are prepared to post both the call log and the e-mail transcript regarding this individual. The false allegations, including the phantom phone calls, and e-mails, including the one that this individual has written, is a result of the company finding it necessary to no longer communicate with him, as he did not place the order, did not make the purchase, and does not own the credit card. Demanding the product immediately, along with making false statements that the credit card belongs to his mother, began to make the company suspicious, and he became irate and vulgar, making unreasonable demands. Again, a request was made to speak to the individual who made the purchase, and has been ignored. This individual is not a customer, and we have issued a refund to the card on file and notified the issuing bank of potential fraud. For security purposes, we do not give any information to any individual other than the customer, and that person must verify identity. This individual could not do so, as the order in question also consisted of someone else other than this individual. This complaint is without merit.
