This company has turned into a complete joke. Guess they brought their own downfall and I feel sorry for the employees since its only the big shots that are reaping the negative side affects. Refunds never come as promised. Found a seller sent me a fake tracking number, so I put a dispute in right away. DHGATE found in my favor and stated refund would be given. Weeks later I get an email saying refund was give and to wait 10-15 days to show. That came and went and when contacted customer support they tell me 15-25 business days. Thats came and went. These scum bags really think people are stupid and wont do anything. My suggestion to all of you is to do a chargeback. They get enough of these they will have their credit card privileges removed.
