I have been using Lazada.com.ph for around 3 years now. I have not had any major issues with them. I have received some defective items before, but the refund/replacement process was pretty simple (just return the item including the package and the return form and leave it at an LBC shop), once they have confirmed that LBC has the item, they will immediately send a replacement or issue a refund.

Tip:
- ONLY purchase items from LEGITIMATE or TRUSTWORTHY sellers (sellers with above 80% rating). For example, Lazada, LuckyHR and etc...

I bought several items from them last November 2017, all the products eventually arrived after a while. All the items where well packaged and in good working condition (no lemons!). I say this since one of my orders was delayed for 3 weeks. I contacted their customer service (via their website, and they reply to your GearBest account), they normally reply within 24-48 hrs, and they helped me sort things out.

It is good to buy from GearBest if you are willing to wait.

Tip:
- wait for the occasional flashsale. The discounts are significant.
- if you get a coupon code, COMPARE if it will actually lessen the amount you'll pay. Since sometimes the coupon code will give you a discount on the item but disable other ongoing promotions (like free shipping).

So far I have received 4 out of 4 packages I had shipped via DHL. So, basically they haven't lost any of my packages yet. Unlike UPS, who lost my package and did not even attempt to find it (i found it on my own, NO thanks to UPS). The last package I had delivered via DHL got delayed by 3 weeks, but our local customs was at fault for that and not DHL.

Tip:
- if you have issues with DHL, send a message via their contact us link on their website and ALSO call the local DHL office (just make sure you have the relevant tracking number).

They sent my item to someone else (more or less a block away). I had to retrieve it on my own. But they gave me a partial refund for my trouble.

If you like scavenger hunts (looking for items using clues), choose UPS. If not, pick a different courier.
