I trusted Lens.com to deliver a recent order. Once the delivery date promised by their website had come and gone I had to go digging for my order number. I found out they didn't even have my contacts... and couldn't tell me when I would get them. I had to cancel my order and purchase from a local company instead.

From their website - "With over 23 Million contact lenses in stock, we immediately fill your order with your exact prescription." - This is a false claim.

I apologize for the issues you experienced on your order. The lenses that you ordered had to be ordered from the supplier which can add 7-10 days to the shipping. The order was placed on 7. 7. 18 with an expected arrival date of 7. 17. 18. An email was sent on 7. 10. 18 advising that the lenses had to be ordered and we expected to deliver them on 7. 18. 18. We have tried to reach you to discuss the issue on your order. If you need anything else from Lens.com, please contact us back.
