Not sure how they can get away with such appalling Service.
If you list a car as being available I expect you to deliver it as ordered. There were other alternative services and cars available at the time of the booking so i could have booked elsewhere.
Instead you have now cancelled my booking and ruined two days of my honeymoon and the best I get from you on the phone is "sorry there's nothing we can do". Really?!
How about not listing cars you don't have? That might work better.
Run a mile if you want good service.
