Digital Guru has been great at meeting our expectations. I prefer a monthly meeting, but I'm sure they can accommodate other meeting time frames. They have their own proprietary online platform which documents all email correspondences and shows which party is responsible for the various tasks. There's also an area which shows notes taken by our marketing specialist and key action items to perform on the "To-Do" list.

I appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail. With our previous marketing firm, I did not feel they understood our business well. The marketing rep takes time to understand the important aspects of your business and the goals you want to achieve. They are open to suggestions on various campaigns and also have creative ideas on new campaigns as well.
