These guys aren't quite as easy to use as Swagbucks but it's still usefull if you have some time to kill. It's more useful if you spend time filling out surveys. They used to send out 3 or 4 paid emails a day each worth 5 points but lately they've cut back on that immensely.

I have earned hundreds of dollars worth of Amazon gift cards over the last 4 or 5 years just from using the search&earn function. Their special offers are the highest paying ones compared to Mypoints and Inboxdollars. Most of them I'm not eligible for because they require paying for something that i have absolutely no use for or interest in but not always. Hefty reselable bags at Target spent $20 on 4 packs of them and got $15 cashback. Customer service -- during occasions where I don't receive credit for an offer -- is usually a breeze to work with although not always. Not using Swagbucks is like throwing $10 into the wishing well each month.

Their selection is rather spotty. I've bought from them several times and have had to contact their customer service team on occasion and have always had the best experience with it. They generally seem very enthusiastic and caring. They stopped selling home media/entertainment for awhile and now one of their marketplace sellers has filled that gap, although that market place seller's selection is about as unpredictable as Overstock's selection of electronic devices.

Nothing these people sell fits me. Granted, I really need to lose weight but their labels are absolutely insane. I wear a 2X. Their absolute biggest shirt, which is a 5x, if I remember correctly, should be able to fit my sisters' 500lb ex. That is far from the case. It *might* just barely fit me. I ordered a 3X without looking at the size chart. This tactic would be a lose-lose situation for them except there are a ridiculous # of people that don't mess with returns. So, it's a lot more profitable for them to sell skimpy cuts of fabric to someone who, like me, didn't check out their sizing chart and instead just assumed they are honest business - men but, unlike me, has enough money to feel ok laying waste $30+. I still wasted $6 on shipping. I bought a really cool shirt. If you're not undisciplined about food or you have a wonderful metabolism then this place is a cool place to buy some fandom shirts.

Tip for consumers:
reading the size chart is an absolute must due to their dishonest sizings.

I ordered from the website on Saturday evening. Monday was a holiday so I'd think maybe Tuesday it would ship but certainly by midday Wednesday. It's now Wednesday, 10:15 am locally, 7:15 on the other side of the contiguous 48 states, and, after contacting customer service, I'm now aware that the order isn't expected to ship for 7 more days. However, they insist they cannot cancel the order because they're already "preparing" to ship the order. I'll be a lot more careful before ordering anything from these ppl. Their stores are fun places to kill time where you can buy stuff that ranges from miscellaneous decorative objects to toys to small appliances and household commodities. Return policy is typically good but this online purchase can't be returned until I receive it which feels like an azkick.

Their mobile website is almost impossible to use and their desktop site is not a whole lot better. Their customer service doesn't know what its own policies are and finding product information is almost impossible as customers who have no ability and/or interest in providing coherent input post on Amazon's "customer reviews" section of a product page and to make it more cumbersome, the reviews for all 400 of the 500 variations of Michael Jackson's THRILLER are grouped together with no easy way to tell many of them apart. More, even if you know EXACTLY which one you're looking for, you can type in its' barcode and still have to go through a multistep process to get to the item page you explicitly searched for. And the other 100 variations of Michael Jackson's THRILLER are just like stray cats with no way to distinguish between them except the ASIN which is nothing except a # that Amazon uses to identify the item in question when someone asks about it. Except most of these ASINs are for items that were long out of print before Amazon even existed and only exist because someone created an item page for it for who knows what reason, maybe to sell it on the Amazon Marketplace, and many of these ASINs go long abandoned.
Amazon remedies this tangled mess of a website by refunding your money no matter whose fault the issue is. It doesn't matter if the 3rd part seller screwed up, the post office or a gremlin. It's been refunded so all is well. Until next time.

I'm writing this as a request for a review "regarding my recent cash out". I requested a prepaid $5 Amex card. It doesn't work. Amazon purchase was declined and adding to PayPal wallet was blocked by the card issuer. I did add it to my Google Pay wallet, a lot of good that does. And the card website even says upfront it can't spend it at any brick & mortar. I called the # on the card and the rep dutifully informed me that the card can't be used at either Amazon.com or PayPal "because of security measures we have in place!". What kind of schitt is that?! I'll definitely not be redeeming my earnings for that again. I'll update this Inbox Dollars review the next time I redeem my points and they send me another request to review my cash out. Hopefully I'll have better things to say then. Might be a little while.

This website has many things available on it, the surveys mostly kick you out after answering...
