Skype used to the the standard system for calling and it was great at that. Video came along and the service started to be worse. Now as they moved away a P2P network, the calls don't have the same quality. If it wasn't because it's free and easy to use, I think we'd have ditched Skype a long time ago!

Why do people do this? I can't understand. It's so frustrating to waste my time and money on such a terrible product. Keep on over-promising and under-delivering. You'll be out soon.
