To be fair to this website it was created in 2006 before the Obama administration even passed their Affordable Care Act law. www.healthcare.gov the official website just bears the same generic name. The government selecting to use the same name is not the fault of this company. They chose this first. Now they must benefit tremendously from Obama administration using the www.healthcare.gov URL. We cannot blame them for the extra business they receive. Hopefully people can figure out that they are not really on the exchange by using this website, though I am sure many will unknowingly buy insurance by hitting a link on this site or calling up an insurance adviser. I do not believe this site can give you the tax subsidy credit unless they maybe have an affiliation with the exchange. Does anyone know if people who buy from this site still get a tax credit or reduce rates or do they just pay full price?

Good website that gives small business owners the basics information on the Affordable Care Act. Since it is a government owned site, the information is not always presented in a way that can help you make a decision easily and I used it for the the basics before moving on to other sites. I am going to review the ones I used so you can check my profile to see what other sites are also good for small business owners and obamacare.

Leave it to Kaiser to give the absolute best experience in signing up for health care under the new laws. The government should have just let Kaiser create their healthcare.gov website and we all would be better off. This website for small businesses is exactly why government should not be involved in healthcare, leave it to the private corporations like kaiser to develop the easiest and fastest way to get a quote online. I was simply amazed by this site. If your employees are okay with kaiser this is the way to go.

Small Business Majority is a solid resource for business owners. They are non profit and appear to have some relationship with the SBA.gov website which means they are legit. Currently, I am recommending their website for learning about the Affordable Care Act. They have a series of webinars that are provided for free. You need to give them your email address and business information in order to watch the webinar. http://www.sba.gov/healthcare is the place you need to go to learn more about the Affordable Care Act. I am including the link here because I do not think sitejabber has the ability to review individual links and only entire websites. This is a good starting place to learn about the Affordable Care Act and how it will affect your business. The most important part of the website as it pertains to health care reform is located here along with downloadable pdf files.
