I Ordered a wig for my 88yr old Aunt about 4 weeks ago and as I had not yet received it I sent an email asking when it would arrive only to be told they could yet tell me after their response I started looking into the company only to read all these bad reviews so I emailed them back and cancelled the order and asked for full refund only to be told as it was in the factory being made I would have to pay 40% to 50% of original cost which was £80 I told them this was ridiculous especially when the website states even after you have received it if not satisfied you can return it for a refund I have not heard anything more from them I am contacting PayPal to try and get a refund through them. Its scandalous how this Company has not been shut down by Google as it quite clearly is a scam.
