It is very hard I mean very hard to get a hold to someone. I waited in front of my computer more than 4 days for more than 5+hours for the id.me video chat and it doesn't update you at all it just keeps saying "more than 5 hours". After waiting 5+hours it just doesn't make sense. I wish we could just talk on the phone with someone from edd and they ask us detailed questions that only we would know. I know they are trying there best with the Edd fraud activity and stuff but Id.me is a long process. I'm sure a lot of people are frustrated and can understand where I'm coming from.
