I placed my first Credit order with bon prix on Saturday for monday delivery,(only £26) today (monday) I went on the site to check my delivery info just to find it saying 'tracking not available yet' what does that mean? Also states 'Your Account is in the process of being set up' how long does it take? If I'd have known my order would be delayed, I would have just paid outright but I know my wife likes to buy clothing online so thought I would open an a credit account for her to use too. So now I dont know whats going on, i'm none verbal so cannot contact to speak to them.
