Well, about 2 weeks after giving my honest review of Q-Link I get an e-mail with a phone number in which I never bothered with. Q-Link monitors these sites and the BBB and always give you a stock copy and paste reply that all look and sound the same because they are. I do understand that you get defective products out of the box from time to time but from all the reviews I have read about Q-link, people stated that they had bought 3 junk phones at $25.00 a piece. This has to be a cash cow for them because I flat told them I would not pay a dime for a defective smart phone that was defective fesh out of the box that was supposed to have a warranty, but doesn't. I have never read one review where Q-link replaced a defective cell that they sent to a person. The Q-link logic is if they send you a bad phone then you will pay $25.00 for another or simply have no phone service as long as you are locked into they're year long contract. Buyer beware...
