More communication would help. I fully understand that things aren't normal, but when you offer your service as an alternative for those sheltering in place, and keep popping this "Your opinion counts" page every time I come to check to see if the order has even been shipped yet, its hard to rate the service higher. We'll see how long it takes, and if events warrant, I'll update my feedback. More comms - that's all. There are bots that can help with that.
