Here is the story: they accepted my visa card online for a car rental, but the shop itself didn't accepted when they asked for a deposit, so they cancel my reservation.
Bookingeconomy took the money even after the marchand has cancelled my reservation. (have a proof of cancellation)
Tip for consumers: Be aware with your credit card usage. even if the site accept it, the main rental shop would not accept if you use it for a deposit
