CHARGES TOTAL: $434.89 were charged against my knowledge since August 2020 and still waiting for refunds/responses!

"I AM NOT SURE WHAT OR WHY THIS ORDER WAS CHARGED TO MY CARD, BUT IT NEEDS TO BE REFUNDED ASAP! THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING ISSUE AND i AM GROWING EXTREMELY TIRED OF IT! I NOTICED NUMEROUS CHARGES FROM YOU GUYS ON MY STATEMENT ALONG WITH A ALMOST 50 DOLLAR CHARGE FOR SOMETHING ALONE! YOU NEED TO REFUND ALL OF THIS ASAP AND IF SOMEONE SIGNED ME UP FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTIONS PLEASE CANCEL THAT AS WELL! I DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO KEEP RESEARCHING ALL OF THIS"!
