I recently tried to purchase a sound bar from a big box retailer. They took the purchase and promised the sound bar in to weeks. After a delay passed the original delivery date, the kept promising it would come and finally after I month and still no delivery in sight, I went to Crutchfield and ordered the exact same thing. I had it 2 days after I ordered it. I couldn't believe the service and the quick speed. I would definitely shop there again before I go to that big box retailer ever again.
