They don't pay anymore and they definitely won't respond to e-mails. Their joke of a customer service consists of two guys in India sending out automated responses to every ticket. I have inquired a half a dozen times about why they haven't paid me for my work and have yet to receive an actual human answer and given a date and time when I will get my money. All executives that work for them should be in jail.
