“Poor employee treatment and terrible management”

You'll meet good and supportive co-workers, and you'll get to meet great clients. However, these do not make up for the fact that the management treats employees like trash. Management is terrible, which explains the high turnover rate. They'll consistently pressure you with heavy tasks but won't give you any support. Also, upper management is egotistic, which makes everything worse. Stay away from this company. No one would want to work here if people knew just how terrible the management is from the start.
