“Company does not help buyer, always on sellers side, customer reps no good at all sorting matters”

If you don't get your goods from seller customer services really do not get anything sorted for you at all, seem to be on sellers side. Will tell you they will do this and that but in fact get nothing done and it's frustrating trying to get anywhere with them 1 out of 10, that's the chances of getting money back
