The order I placed at Lightbulbs.com was fine and they did keep me in touch with an update when the item was to be shipped however it must have been a crazy holiday season there, since the delay was significant for an item they claimed was in stock. Shipping was the usual affair and I was happy the item came when it did. I was lucky I didn't really need it, I purchased due an an expiring deal from my utility company, which was too good to pass up.
