Order shipped from CA to AZ using Ontrac, their choice. ASH site says 1-5 days. Ontrac's warehouse in Phoenix received package on 8/28/21, initially said delivery date that day, then said delayed until the next day, then the next, the next day, the next etc. Today is 9/2/21, talked to Ontrac, said warehouse doesn't have AC and ASH is aware of delivery issues in Phoenix area. I told this to ASH rep, she denied being aware of any issues which makes her a bold faced liar according to reviews and ASH replies to those reviews. Now told delivery on the 6th, I'm in Tempe, 10 miles away from Phoenix. Contacted ASH, was told it's business days. Supplements are diminished by prolonged exposure to heat and don't know the difference between days and business days so my order will sit in a hot Phoenix warehouse for 9 days before delivered, of course that is if it's actually delivered on the 6th which is labor day. Allstarhealth doesn't care, should be no star health. Long time customer but will most likely buy elsewhere.

We have been aware of some delays for some of our packages due to the wildfires in California. However, these delays are typically only a few days, so the Ontrac representative's statement that we were aware of delays "up to 3 weeks" was not accurate. We understand that the Ontrac rep also made claims that the quality of the products would be affected by the temperature in their warehouses. This was also incorrect, as neither product purchased is sensitive to heat. We completely understand why these statements would have caused you concern and we reported this conversation to the carrier's team after we spoke with you last week. Ontrac has assured us they would research and address the misinformation that was provided to you.
