I ordered an MPOW DS-D6 smartband that worked for a hot minute and died and never came back from the land of the dead. The item was on a flash sale for $4.99. It was shipped from the Netherlands to the US. Delivery took about 2 weeks, which is not bad for the $0.50 shipping fee. The customer service was responsive because they have auto-repliers. The responses are too scripted. I don't think GB's customer support area puts in the time to actually read customer emails. Even after I gave them a detailed description of problem and sent photos, they wanted a video. Honestly, I don't have the time to go through all of that for $4.99.
Even after I rated them a 2. Which is very generous, they never posted my review for the item. Their reviews are moderated. Take a look at the MPOW DS D6. You will notice there are more 4 and 5 star reviews then 1,2 and 3 star reviews. Their 4 and 5 star reviews are duplicated multiple times by the same "reviewer". Not sure if they work on the "inside", but I would be weary of those ratings. I have no idea what part of the world I am dealing with GB. Morale of the story, you get what you pay for, shop domestic.
