Owner diffidently only cares about HIMSELF - treats employees like they are disposable and you are in constant fear of losing your job. Management tells their employees that they should work over 40 hours a week and weekends, but they do not pay well. I don not know anyone that has been previously employed by Clipper that has anything good to say about the company. If you read any positive comments on here about working at Clipper I would guess that is a fake account. I would highly recommend not working at Clipper.
