Recently I bought a Groupon, but I forgot to use a promo code. I asked if I could cancel and re-purchase because the difference was $80. I was told that wouldn't be equitable for Groupon. I've been a good customer for several years, and they wouldn't bend. They tried to get me to believe that the promo code wouldn't work for my deal, but I had referred someone who did get the 20% off his price. I pleaded as a matter of principle, but Groupon didn't care when I said I couldn't shop with them anymore. Nothing I said made any difference. Groupon would rather dump a customer than to make a good business decision. They finally offered me a measley $5, which to me was the same as leaving a bad tip at a restaurant. I no longer will be a Groupon shopper because I know that the customer DOESN't come first.

I've been waiting for an order now for almost 5 months. I think the company bites off more than it can chew and just hopes that people will give up on their orders without trying to get refunds. I certainly would never recommend them, and they shouldn't be allowed to stay in business. They don't take phone calls, and all email replies are stall tactics. MyPix2 is the epitome of pathetic.
