“DO NOT BUY FROM BANGGOOD UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES”

I ordered goods on 27/7/16 and they have not yet been received (7/9/16) and all I am getting is stalling and delaying tactics from Banggood - they refuse to resend or refund. Stay away at all costs.

So sorry for the delay.We packed your order well and shipped it as soon as possible after you paid. But there are many uncontrolled factors like customs, weather and so on will affect the efficiency of shipping.So the package sometimes will delay to arrive at the destination. Also, there is a small possibility that it was loss during the long term delivery. Could you please tell us your order number, if you didn't receive your package within 25 business days, we should resend or refund to you without preconditions.
