This site has many many people listed on it that have cancelled their membership. Some are friends of mine! Now me! The site will send you notifications of "people who want to meet you" and after you contact them, you find they made no such indication, other than looking at their image! If you use the "search" option, it will process any view as someone you interested in even if you have no such desire. If you don't keep your original photos for your profile up, the site blocks you from using the app. The site in all ways possible lacks any integrity what so ever! I dropped my membership after 2 weeks due to the lies and abuse by the site!
I would add photos of my purchase and my experience, but the site deleted ALL info as soon as it saw I might be deleting my account. There are some real people on the site, although most do NOT FALL WITHIN your chosen preferences.
I joined Ourtime, but when my initial billing period was up, it was impossible for me to turn off the auto renew. I wrote to the company who has no human customer service reps, only bots. I challenged the billing from my bank, the bank dropped the charges 3 times. On the third time I re filled out my profile using rather vulgar and false information. They finally closed my account. So I now have no proof of purchase. This site is run by people with no business ethics, no integrity and quite simply put, crooks who only want your money and make it impossible for you to cancel.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE TO START WITH !!!!!!!
The business IMO has little to no integrity when it comes to honesty or basic business practices.
You pay a large sum of money as I did for six months and within days learn the hard way that many profiles are fake, or as in my case I received over 15 messages in less than a day, that had no profile but only an supposed text number.
My preferences were not followed as the site indicated. I asked for specific preferences such as profiles only with pictures and got a lot of those far outside those boundaries. Dozens of matches with no picture and almost no profile info.
I would not refer this site to ANYONE. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!
This site has no real working method of controling your requested filters. In fact even if you put in people from 40 to 55 years old you will get everything under the sun! There are more fake people on here than on craigslist I think! It is unbelievable! They have no interest in matching you nor in your status as a customer. They simply send you a box letter, saying how sorry they are and how hard they work.
I recommend that you: Avoid this site at ALL costs
Tip for consumers:
This company is owned by Match.com and trying to get HONEST reviews is super difficult as the mother companies write reveiws and pay for having their good reviews put on the top of public input.
