I took out home and contents insurance with One Call, and they took 3 payments in one month. When I tried to call customer service, I found I They didn't have a number.

I therefore tried online contact. The agent I got through to was sarcastic and confrontational and would not answer The questions asked and just kept stating have you read the T&C's?

I had a formal complaint and received a response, but the damage was already done. I will not use them again.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you are aware there is little customer service.

MSN is biased, politically motivated and censors every comment. If you try to put a comment on their news page, don't you dare state the truth or they will not allow your comment to be printed.

I love my meat and especially a Rib of beef. I moved to a new area and the cuts of meat are not as good as I used to get in Oxford so I tried the 'Grid Iron Meat Company'.

Prior to purchasing the meat, I read the review on their website and they seemed very good. However, what I got was not what I expected. I paid £93.80 for two joints of beef. I do not mind paying the money if the food is good, but I was immediately struck by the size of the joints. I have received larger for less money.

However, the joints looked good and were packed very professionally. I had the first joint on 19/12/21. To be honest I have had better. The joint was tough and stringy, it was not as expected after paying £47 a joint and I feel let down.

I am now hoping that the second joint will be better as I do not want a tough second joint, but I will let you know.

I had the second rib of beef and it was not value for money. I wrote to the Grid Iron Meat Co, and they did not have the curtosy to respond. I will never use them again.

Tip for consumers:
It may have been a one-off, so I will wait to see if I get a response from the Grid Iron Company.

I gave this review and wrote to the Grid Iron Company and they didn't respond or even acknowledge my concerns. This company does not deserve customers to return.

I have been buying car insurance for nearly 40 years. Yesterday, for the first time, I used NFU Mutual. The customer service was superb with John, who couldn't do enough, and I saved over £100 from the nearest quote.

Give them a try, you will not regret it.

I tried to include my home insurance with my car policies and NFU are way too expensive. THe price given was nearly 400% above a reputible company for the same policy.

Tip for consumers:
Most of the stuff, that comes as an extra in others policies is standard with NFU. I was pleasantly surprised and told my children to use them!

I obtained an insurance quote for my car from a comparison site and the lowest price was from Hastings Direct.

I am a great believer that customer service comes first not price, so I rang up to discuss the quote. The representative was not very helpful and when he found out I was not going to take it out there and then, became belligerent. That was all I needed to know.

Now after reading the reviews on here, I am glad I didn't proceed. I prefer to pay extra and get decent customer service.

Tip for consumers:
Please start going for customer service, not cost and the financial side will follow.

This company have a great product, are not the cheapest, but you can arrange deals.

Their speeds are the best in the country, I have 500mgps and going for 1Gb when it comes out. If you get through to customer service in this country, you will usually get some action, but if you get transferred to India, it's hard to get a coherent response from some of the staff and I have also been lied to.

There was a fault in my area from 31/04/2021 until 07/05/2021. They didn't notify anyone of this disruption to service and although they promised compensation and I am still awaiting responses to my complaints.

They have now been taken over by BT, and I hope the customer service improves.

Be patient

I used Trust Pilot for a few years and I considered the site to be good and unbiased.

I had written quite a few reviews and was never questioned. As normal, I, like more people, only comment or review when I get bad service. However, I decided to give an exceptional review on the Shark vacuum cleaner.

After the numerous reviews I had given, Trust Pilot refused to accept my review and asked for identification. I responded to the company from my email and stated I had issued the review and they would not accept it.

This was unbelievable for a company that is supposed to represent consumers. Now, I will wait to see if this gets deleted.

To be honest, I had not heard of this company but bought a headset from them due to its functionality and quality. I bought the HyperX Cloud Revolver and paid about 150 pounds. The sound quality is superb and it has a studio-grade sound stage and HyperX 7.1 Surround Sound.

However, where this company excels is in its customer service. I tend to use companies that have great customer service as they need to be supported for being so professional, as there are so many companies around that just do not care.

Tip for consumers:
They offer two years guarantee instead of the normal one.
