Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. They are putting incorrect federal school codes on customer applications and then claiming that your "school is not found". I talked with 2 representatives yesterday and they both were completely unwilling to help me with the problem. The first girl I spoke with was without a doubt the worst customer service representative I've spoken with, and her bad attitude rivaled the worst you will encounter at any DMV on Monday afternoon. If you need to call these people... GOOD LUCK. Don't bother emailing, as they just reply with automated response references their phone number.
