Cancelled service, over 10 months to go on the subscription we had. We had 4 actually. Basically told we don't do refunds. Lesson learned. Don't use YEXT.
Tip for consumers: Pay monthly and not annually as otherwise if after two months you leave you don't lose hundreds of dollars.
