Back in November 2016 I can across the website for male enhancement called Zyalix. I decided to try the 14day free trial.
So after 10 days I decided to go ahead and cancel my order since over a week transpiered and no product. I new I would be out the $ 4.35 shipping & handling. But I could only locate one email address so emailed my cancellation of any other purchase of Zyalix. After a day I received a response advising the email address I sent my cancellation is not monitored. They advised me to use another one.
I attempted to send another email when I was sent a email response from my bank advising me of a $89.90 withdrawal from Zyalix. I immediately contacted a Zyalix representative who advised me he could not refund me my money based on the 14 day trial period expired.
I explained to him the circumstances surrounding this. But I was basically denied.
Now here is the kicker after 14 days the product shows up in my mail. So I sent it back to them.

Hey guys or ladies please stay away from Zyalix.com if you don't want to give away your hard earned cash.

Zyalix ripped off customer.

Partisapated in 14 day free trial. Didn't receive product till after the 14 days expired, but instead was charged the $89.90. After numerous attempts to gain my refund. It failed. As soon as the product arrived it was sent back.
My response for anyone else considering this product please be aware you my sucked into losing more than a shipping & handling charge on a "so called 14day free trial."

OK since I 1st posted my review about plenty of fish. Failure to refund my money. It has been 18 days and they still haven't refunded me or responded to any of my 6 emails and r 5 voicemails I have sent since Jan, 21 2016. POF is a real joke. Please be cautious of this dating web site. Especially if you want to cancel and expect a refund.
