Your coupons NEVER work. I got one for $2 off shipping over $19. Went back and added items to my order to get it over $22 and clicked apply, it did not work. Gave up on the extra item(s). Very annoying and not very customer focused.

I cannot figure out their "video rewards". I keep clicking on the different videos and it keeps returning me to the same annoying ad video that just keeps going in circles.
I recently purchased a $60 Taco Bueno eGift card from CardCash only to find that it had zero remaining balance. I contacted the merchant and they could do nothing, so I plan to invoke the 45 day return policy. Beware of purchasing eGift cards from CardCash, they often prove problematical when trying to redeem at merchant stores.
