I booked travel through SkyLux. The airline cancelled my flight. I requested a refund on April 23,2020. Today it is July 09,2020. Per the United States Department of Transportation, Federal Law states: "A passenger is entitled to a refund if the airline cancelled a flight, regardless of the reason, and the passenger chooses not to travel." and,... "If a passenger is owed a refund, an airline, travel agent, or online travel agency must process it within seven business days if the passenger paid by credit card, and 20 business days if the passenger paid by cash or check."
All inquiries (at least eleven; nine of which are documented) have been met with delaying type of responses such as I'll let customer service know or I'll check into it and get back to you, etc. I have no way to verify it, but I suspect serious cash flow problems based upon the number of recent refund denial complaints (see BBB, Trustpilot and others) and the dramatic decrease in new bookings across the industry. I remain concerned that I may not see my refund if these folks run out of cash soon. Beware of SkyLux.
Worth noting that there are many other folks commenting on SkyLux and alleging unethical business practices. Try a web search for "SkyLux Travel reviews" and see what you get. Decide for yourself
