I bought tickets last week. I was told they were delivered. Checked the delivery address and it went to an address I haven't lived at for years. I typed in my current address and it still went there. I called and asked if I could get new tickets, they said no. I asked if I could get a refund, they said no this is your fault. I will be involving the right personnel to reconcile this in any way possible. THIS COMPANY SUCKS DO NOT USE THEM EVER. Use ticketmaster, they are great.
