Guaranteed tickets for arsanel match did not order the tickets at first but did enquire they phoned many times
I told them my reluctance was the delivery they guaranteed they would be there
Now they are saying they deal in tickets bought from others and cannot guarentee ticket delivery

It is not clear to me whether you placed an order with us or not but regardless, we 100% guarantee delivery, safely and on time.

The only thing we can't always guarantee about delivery is the exact method. Sometimes things come up and we must change the method in order to ensure that you get the tickets as guaranteed--safely and on time.
